Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here’s how our return and refund process works:
You can return an item only if it arrived damaged or defective, or if you received a different item than what you ordered; these are the only cases where returns are allowed.
Conditions for Return
To return a product, please ensure it has not been worn or used, all tags, the invoice, and original packing are still with the product, and you submit a return request within 3 days of receiving the item.
What We Do After You Return
If your return is approved, for refunds, we inspect the returned product and, if everything is okay, refund your money within about 4 working days, followed by an email confirmation; for replacement or exchange, we check the return and issue a credit note that you can use anytime in the next 6 months.
Customized Products
Customized or specially made products cannot be returned or refunded. So please double-check before ordering such items.
About Colours & Images
Colours you see in photos might look slightly different in real life due to screen differences. This isn’t a reason for a return.
